Yuffine's Terms of Service

By requesting a commission from me, you automatically agree to the terms below.

Payments
- I accept commissions only through VGen. I do not take requests from dm’s on other sites. The only exception is for people from Poland who want to pay using BLIK (in this case also prices will be in PLN instead of USD).
- Payment fully upfront, I will start working on a commission after it's paid. If you want a different payment plan - message me about it.
- If you want to cancel the commission after I start working on it, the refund won't be in full (amount will depend on what is already done), but you get what is already done.
- No refunds on YCH/SKEB commissions.
- No payments through "friends and family" option.
- For commercial use for monetization (merch etc.) the price doubles unless stated otherwise in the description!Commission process
- Corrections allowed. Major changes only during the sketch phase, after - only smaller ones (color corrections etc.)
- You are allowed to draw over my WIP's (WIP - work in progress) when pointing out things to correct as I'm sending you updates for your commission.
- I have the right to refuse taking the commission for any reason.Usage
- You can post the artwork to your social media platforms but you have to credit me as an artist (tagging is welcome!).
- No minting/NFT production.
- You can't feed my art to AI.
- You can't resell my art. If you are selling the character you commissioned me to draw, you can't raise the price depending on my artwork. (Not including Vtuber models, those can be sold but at price NOT higher than the price it was originally bought for. You can raise the price only if you provide something additional for the model: rigging etc.)
- If you want someone to finish my sketch - ask me first for permission.Intellectual property and rights
- I retain the ownership and copyright as the creator of the artwork, the "commercial use" option in the services is a license to use the artwork commercially, if you wish to gain full ownership of the artwork, discuss it with me. Ownership is transferred on its own only in cases of character design and VTuber model work, but I still shall be credited as a creator.
- I have the right to use the artwork for self advertising.Communication
- I will communicate with you on VGen by default. If you want to communicate somewhere else - specify it in dm's or in commission request.
- Don't use slang. I am not a native english speaker and may not understand some words from slang.
- Feel free to ask questions before ordering if you are not sure about something!What I won't/can't draw:
- Furry (I can try only chibi-like versions since i'm not good at furry)
- Anthro (I may agree only if character has a humanlike face, just ask and show character before ordering)
- Mecha
- Old people
- Gore
- Sexual/fetish art
- Controversial/Political art
